I have recently become better informed about climate change, and realize that we must take meaningful actions at many levels to ward off the worst effects that climate change can bring.  I urge you to keep Virginia in the RGGI.  It is working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Virginia and this region, and it is good for public health.  Please remain in the RGGI.  Thanks for considering my comment.
