Repeal of RGGI withdrawal

The effort to withdraw the Commonwealth's participation in RGGI must be thwarted as citizens and our representatives must increase our environmental & economic investments in our very survival. To do that, continuing with RGGI will help us put a stop to the use of fossil fuels that will consequently increase renewable energy efforts going forward. RGGI could help make our cities more resilient to climate chaos. RGGI can assist us in investing in nature-based carbon capture!  There is NO benefit to withdrawal! This action by the Air Pollution Control Board is a disgrace, its not legal, and is embarrassingly politically motivated by ignorance. The Board does not have the authority to reverse a legislative mandate. Virginian citizens want to stay in RGGI and pursue economic solutions for climate remediation efforts.
