I live in Virginia Beach which is greatly impacted by changes in sea level and flooding.  I am completely against taking us out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  We need more environmental action, not less, as this region is coastal.  We elected representatives who voted for our participation, and there is not one good reason to take us out of it.  Youngkin seems to be denying climate change as is the republican party.  We want to stay in the RGGI
