Gov. Youngkin should withdraw his request that Virginia withdraw from the RGGI.  This program provides funds for flood control and other environmentally beneficial programs that are directly funded by the companies causing the environmental damage.  While the program may not be a perfect solution it has contributed millions for these projects which would otherwise need to be funded by local governments via tax dollars.  

Gov. Youngkin, please keep Virginia in this program.
