Keep Virginia in the RGGI.  Besides the fact that leaving the RGGI must be passed by the legislature, it is only common sense to stay in.  Besides helping with climate change, which has reared it's ugly head as evidences by the unusual weather disasters this year, it brings in much needed money that can be spent on education, better energy sources etc.
