Keep Virginia's RGGI

RGGI has been a wonderful win for so many people in Virginia. With a future that will see more flooding, violent storms, heat extremes, the RGGI has reduced the carbon emissions.   The $586,000 Virginia receives can go to lower the impact of flooding, heat islands, helping those with low incomes find appropriate housing, acquire energy efficacy for homes, lower energy bills, and provide more heat pumps as we transition away from gas.

As RGGI's benefits continue, Virginians will be able to have cleaner air, and less needs to visit their doctors or hospitals for care related to breathing, asthma, missed work, heart attacks, and healthy babies and children.

Sincerely, Kathy Bartolomeo

P.S. My mother lived in Virginia and my visits to her home town I experienced the clean air, blue sky, wonderful sights. Please keep Virginia beautiful and a healthy state.
