I am writing today to ask you to vote to retain RGGI in Virginia. The anti-environmental, shortsighted  mindset of the Governor and certain legislators is going to increase environmental problems in our state and country. Virginians are watching your actions and those of the legislature and expect you to do what will ensure Virginia moves toward a better environment: RETAIN RGGI.
