There is no logical reason not to stay in RGGI and many reasons to do so. Aside from the legal ones, which in themselves are compelling, are the many benefits that flow to Virginians as a result of it. In the end, however, the greatest benefit is a a healthier world for us all, which also is proven to have the most long-term economic benefits.
