I oppose Virginia's withdrawing from RGGI because RIGGI is one important step to reduce CO₂ and CH₄ emissions, which needs to be done.  I have not read or heard of a good argument for leaving RIGGI.  It would appear that, that decision is based only on short-term political considerations, not science nor logic.
