Virginia should stay in RGGI. Gov. Youngkin should not be allowed to remove us from it just because it serves his and his supporters' profit driven agenda(s).  We, as a state, should do all that we can to improve the over all quality of life for everyone in VA and taking care of our earth is obviously elemental in that.  Short sighted agendas do not bode well for the future.
