Issues that need to be changed asap

There are several issues that need to be addressed in order for charitable gaming to be a viable option to provide charity and community to the region. Issues will be outlined below.

Tipping: Tipping is an absolute must for any reputable room operating poker. It needs to be allowed in order for dealers to make a living. That will ensure quality dealers that allow the room to operate with integrity and efficiency.

Concurrent Tournaments: The ban on concurrent tournaments doesn't make any sense. It needlessly affects the players, dealers, and charities in a negative way.

Amount of Use of Protocols: This needs to be amended so the games can run at all. Without a change charities will suffer and not get any proceeds because the games will not take place.

Re-buys: This is an error that can be easily changed. Its a clerical error because "Re-buys" do not exist before a player is eliminated from a tournament.

Operator Fees: Another arbitrary hindrance to charities. Should be a percentage instead of a flat fee in order for charitable gaming to operate and continue to provide charity.

Electromechanical Devices: I think this is another easy fix and needs to be changed. Electronic devices are essential to run an efficient game. This is akin to asking a grocery store to operate without computers.

Player Limitations: This needs to be changed. A well-run and safe poker room provides a friendly and safe environment that is a family and community of like-interested people that look after one another. Why put limitations on relations?

Calendar: The poker calendar is different than proposed. Needs to be amended.

Badge: Easy fix because this is not industry standard. First names are what is printed on dealer badges across the world.

Use of Proceeds: This is limiting the ability for fraternal organizations to actually spend funds on the people that provide the funds and want to fraternize with other within the community.

Restriction on Location: This needs to be abolished. Tournaments need to be available for the people of the community.
