Your proposed regulation of poker includes elimination of loop holes that were pointed out recently with tournament style ring games and their host on south side.  

Being beat to the punch or out manned is uncomfortable.  Also, equally as nerve racking, the fact that they can pay taxes and this must continue until you find a right wing moron willing to stand up and take a slap across the face.  Let’s be real.  That could take a while.  
Besides having known criminals and degenerates in one location, at the same time, I really don’t see the downside.  Again, they pay taxes.  

this should be a losing effort on your part VA.  Keep in mind the agile mind can bend these rules similar to an analog.  It’s a waste of time this far in.  Be well.
