I am writing to ask the Department to revise the current Charitable Poker Regulations in regard to the tipping of poker card dealers. For the Commonwealth to ensure there are well-trained and ethical card dealers in charitable poker, it is essential that they earn a reasonable wage. Therefore, I suggest the Department strike the prohibition on card dealers accepting tips.
