As a regular participant in charity poker events, I am deeply concerned about the impact of these new regulations. Caps on prize amounts and buy-in limits will make it harder for charities to attract skilled players and limit the fundraising potential of these events. If the state truly wants to support charitable giving, it should focus on creating a fair and transparent regulatory framework that protects participants without stifling the ability of non-profits to raise funds
