Recognize that the Use of Proceeds should be followed by the Pull Tab Model

The pull tab model is a well-established approach for regulating charitable gaming and has been used successfully in many jurisdictions. This model requires charities to use a certain percentage of their gaming proceeds for charitable purposes, which ensures that funds are being used for their intended purposes. This model can also help to ensure transparency and accountability in the use of gaming proceeds. Applying this model to charitable poker regulations could help to ensure that charities are using their gaming funds for charitable purposes and help to prevent fraud or misuse of funds. However, it is important to ensure that any regulations or requirements are reasonable and do not impose undue burdens on charities.
