Strike subsection 2 of 11VAC20-30-100.D.

Allowing charitable poker games to tip their dealers could be a positive step towards supporting the charitable sector in Virginia. Tipping dealers is a common practice in many poker games, and it incentivizes dealers to provide excellent service to players. This can lead to a more enjoyable and engaging experience for participants, potentially increasing attendance and donations for the charitable cause. Additionally, tipping provides an opportunity for players to show their appreciation for the dealers and recognize their hard work. As long as tipping is done in a fair and transparent manner, it could be a reasonable and effective way to support the charitable sector in Virginia.

Thank you for considering my feedback.
