Calendar Regulation - Obvious adjustments should be made.

This definition misunderstands that poker rooms often operate on an adjusted 24-hour period and would wreak havoc on ordinary reporting requirements.  Allowing charitable poker games to operate on a normal casino-type schedule could be beneficial for both the charities and the players. It would provide more flexibility for the charities to schedule events, potentially increasing the number of fundraising opportunities available. Additionally, it would allow players to participate in these events at more convenient times, which could increase attendance and donations. As long as these events are operated in a safe and responsible manner, extending the hours of operation could be a positive step towards maximizing the funds raised for these important causes.

We suggest that you should define “Calendar day” with respect to poker to mean the period of 24 consecutive hours as set by the charitable organization. And make the conforming change to the definition of “Calendar week”.

Thank you kindly,
