The new regulations are so clearly in favor of the already rich casinos to continue their high profit agenda while the charities get less and less money coming in. The new regulations limits the amount of money that charities are able to raise through poker events. Caps on prize amounts or buy-in limits could reduce the appeal of the events and make it harder for organizations to attract participants.
