Is VDACS allowing the casinos to block the charities from being able to fund at risk youth, homelessness and more? Sounds corrupt and super embarrassing as well as disappointing from the public standpoint we will NOT ACCEPT THESE REGS!!!!!!!!!! FIX THEM! You work for us the people.
