I feel these regulations are being brought to a vote because the big casinos don't want the competition. It is not right to discriminate against local gambling. Many of your constituents don't have the time to travel to a Casino hours away. You allow all these "skill games shops to pop up on every corner like a 7 Eleven franchisee. If the establishments follow the sMe rules as Casinos do they should be allowed to operate under the same regulations.
