overly restricting who can play - 11VAC20-30-90(D)

11VAC20-30-90 (D) "...Qualified organization shall ensure an operator's directors, officers, owners, partners, tournament managers, .....or the immediate family members...do not participate as a player or otherwise play in the poker tournament for which the operator is contracted to administer.." should be changed to not include immediate family members as defined for poker as it overly bans too many people from playing in a poker tournament, even those far removed from one of the mentioned employees household.

Raising funds for charities requires community involvement. Many of those included in the definition of immediate family are part of the community and want to help charities and might be far removed from an employee but still they will be banned from playing.

Charities and operators are trying to get more people to play, not less.
