Immediate Family Definition too broad and doesn't match other areas of the Code

The definition of IMMEDIATE FAMILY in the proposed poker regulations is too broad and restrictive including people who are possibly living in different cities and states and not even blood related. It will hurt the charities' ability to bring more people in to play and raise funds. This definition should be uniform with other areas of the Code of Virginia where it is defined as "...(i) a spouse and (ii) any other related person who resides in teh same household."

Changing this definition will correct other items in the regulations such as 11VAC20-30-60, 11VAC20-30-70(10), and 11VAC20-30-90 where the definition of Immediate Family restrictions are overly broad and will only hurt charities' ability to raise funds by bringing in more players.
