Poker

Restrictions that make no sense or have detrimental affect on the gaming/poker-room industry.

Concurrent Tournaments:

This would prevent multiple people at differing times to play the games they travel and spend in their time on in Virginia.

Tipping;

Why does this exist?

This suppresses the worker's ability to through merit enjoy a higher EARNED WAGE.

Tipping exists because it is a sound fundamental of the hospitality market.

What other new industries would be prevented from employee tipping?

Proceeds - Amounts off of Gross - Unfair

Why would the gross be established versus the net?

Operating expenses, other business expenses, and future increases in prize pools are limited by this onerous restriction.

Re-Buys

VDACS creates a rule that adds administrative and legal costs associated with compliance with regulations published that clearly lack the competency to regulate the game.

 This imposes an additional restriction on VA citizens without compelling justification.  VDACS confuses the industry by publishing guiding rules that do not match how the industry and the game works.
