If you are going to allow Rosie's to engage in slot gambling, what in the world is wrong with Poker gambling, especially if it is helpful to the community.  

I've played in many casinos involving Poker and the dealers are hospitibal but always just have their first name on their shirt.

We tip waitresses for food services, but we can' tip the dealers when we freely engage in a fun recreational activity like Poker.
