Preserve religious freedom

I believe that faith-based child placement agencies should not be the subject of discrimination as the proposed regulation would require (by eliminating state contracts with them) if said agencies do not support placing children with homosexuals.

Children are best raised by a father and a mother. They should not be held hostage by politically-correct regulations out of some sort of sympathy for homosexuals who desire to be parents. The children should be given the first priority. There are sufficient heterosexual couples who wish to adopt.

Sincerely,

Matthew Langevin
