To whom it may concern:

I simply am here to say that I strongly disapprove of face to face service facilitator visits for my family member, my 18 year old son, who is on a waiver. In addition to my son, my 82 year old mother who has a chronic upper respiratory condition, pulmonary scarring, and dementia, lives in our household. In order to safeguard everyone’s health, I believe it’s in our best interests to always have the option to have virtual visits.
