I oppose Virginia leaving the RGGI Program. This program has saved 5.7 billion dollars in participating states and helped to support low income energy efficient housing and flood control without taxpayer monies. This is a law for good reasons and your own administration reports  it has a long track record of emission reductions since the program began. Why stop this when one can see how devastating so many recent storms have been?

I implore you to withdraw your recent proposal to remove Virginia from RGGI for the sake of your constituents health and well-being.
