The RGGI is an important organization of which VA is a member. Many areas of our commonwealth have been ravaged by floods, particularly in Southwest VA and funds generated via RGGI have helped them to restore their lives after this tragedy, fueled by climate change, struck. The ONLY alternative for our commonwealth is to put a price on carbon of at least $50.00 per metric ton of CO2. Thank you.
