Dear Governor,

As countless of Virginians across our state, I have seen the impacts of climate change in my community and across our country. It is critical we do everything in our power to work  with local,  state and regional partners to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I ask that you keep Virginia in RGGI and work to make it a stronger and effective agreement and tool on behalf of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
