We MUST remain in RGGI

It's the law, for openers.  It is resulting in reduced emissions throughout the eleven state alliance, improving air quality for the entire country, and bringing us closer to our emission reduction goals.  It is providing millions of dollars to the Commonwealth, benefitting every citizen, but especially those with lesser means.  50% of RGGI funds are allocated to individuals to support home improvements that increase each home's efficiency...reducing emissions directly and reducing everyday expenses for those households.  45% of the funds support flood preparedness.  This is critical support for my home region of Hampton Roads, as we are experiencing both sea level rise and ground subsidence.  We experience flooding on sunny days, just because the tide comes in!  I have heard Glen Younkin's arguments for withdrawing from RGGI, but they are weak and baffling.  His effort is irresponsible and illegal.  WE WILL DROWN WITHOUT RGGI !!!!!!!
