I am writing to state my support of faith-based child placement agencies to place children in families that are consistent with the agency's religious beliefs, including beliefs about marriage and family life. These agencies are doing a commendable job in finding loving homes for babies and children where both the birth parents and the adoptive parents hold a common faith. We must ensure that they can continue to provide their invaluable services.
