Virginia should stay in RGGI

I support Virginia's continuation of membership in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. Only those of us who breathe are affected, and that is all of us.  The wind blows where it will, which means that excess pollutants from any state affect those in neighbor states.  Neighbors should help protect each other, as states should protect their citizens.  Pollution controls help to protect everyone.  It would be a bad and shameful signal to our citizens and those of neighboring states for us to drop out of this significant Initiative.  Our planet and our atmosphere will outlast any political administration, and our protection of the environment should not decline because of a political election.
