As a long-time Virginian, I implore Virginia’s leaders to keep us IN the RGGI. To pull out of the RGGI is short-sighted and weak leadership that is likely to ultimately cost more to us in terms of human suffering and money. Please lead us toward a future that our children will enjoy and keep us IN the RGGI.
