The decision to withdraw from the RGGI by Governor Youngkin is a purely partisan ploy to his wealthy donors.  He does not actually feel like remaining in the initiative will hurt our economy, he is reacting to how it will affect HIS own personal economy.  He is not acting in the interest of the general welfare of Virginia's citizens, or in our state's ability to move forward in a sustainable manner that will provide jobs and an economic future for our children and grandchildren.  Please do not do the governor a favor that hurts our citizens and helps the already wealthy few.
