As a long time resident of Virginia I am appalled at this effort to end RGGI, an important and long overdue program. This is a time when we should be enhancing our green house gas reduction efforts not ending a promising program. The potential benefits far outweigh the modest cost of this program.  We desperately need to reduce greenhouse gases, reduce the devastation of flooding and do everything possible to prevent additional temperature increases. Keep this valuable program and tell our purely political Governor to keep his hands off of protecting our environment!
