Please leave the idiotic initiative of the RGGI.  As I understand it, under this California-led concept, no new gas powered vehicles can be sold after 2035.  This is absurd!!  We need an “all the above” energy strategy…to minimize inflation related to exorbitant fuel costs in this rush to change.  The RGGI exacerbates inflation; but a more common sense approach would serve both our climate and financial  lives.
