I strongly support Virginia’s continued participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). We need to continue to do all we can to future-proof our state from the climate crisis. Pulling out of programs such as this only steals time and money from our children and grandchildren, as they will be dealing with the fallout for decades to come.
