Reversing the decision to join RGGI is tantamount to increasing taxes on those who can afford it the least. If RGGI money is funding programs that cut costs for the poor who often clean our homes and grow our food, and it provides incentive to improve the environment that we and the next generation of Virginians need to depend on, we would be unwise to reverse course.

i recently changed my AC unit to one more energy efficient, and it cut my utility bills in half. Good for me and the planet. There are even more ways we can be responsible citizens.
