I believe these "barriers" --Language, referencing gender, age,religion,political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability and family status get in the way of fostering and adoption.  We are humans and our ability to love and care for a child {that otherwise has NO ONE but a system }should not be determined by discriminating factors.  Please contuinue provide background checks, and improve monitoring for ALL children, but please allow children to have a chance at a home, nurturing and love.
