My personal experience has borne out the results of numerous studies:  Gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered individuals are every bit as capable of providing a loving, healthy home environment as opposite sex couples.  Gay men are - statistically - LESS likely to be pedophiles than heterosexual men,  I am appalled to think that children who are awaiting homes should continue to be warehoused in foster homes and orphanages when fully qualified parents are available.  Please bring Virginia into the twenty-first century and allow all otherwise qualified adults to adopt.  And please consider the unfairness of rejecting same sex couples because they aren't married when Virginia law will not permit them to do so.
