These changes not only hurt the LGBT community, but more importantly, they hurt children all over the state who might not be able to be placed in loving, caring homes.  The proposed changes TAKE AWAY language from the regulations, thereby allowing state licensed adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective LGBT parents.
