• I strongly feel the prohibition against putting these systems in wetlands needs to remain. 
• I strongly feel that the required reductions in Nitrogen pollution in the Chesapeake Bay watershed need to remain. 
• I object to the continued allowance of these systems without any dry ground beneath them. 
• I object to allowing septic effluent to go directly into groundwater. This is a health hazard.
