We have seen the devastation across the world. One third of Pakistan flooded, Roads melting in England, and here in America, devastating floods and heat waves are now the norm. The RGGI must either be upheld or surpassed, and if it means we have have to let our wallets suffer to do so, then it's a fitting punishment for our own fault.
