I am concerned about this proposed requirement.  My first concern is that I am an employee of the Federal Government whose agency will not fund the continuing education requirement.  My second concern is that I am employed at Homestead Air Reserve Base in the vicinity of Miami, Fl.  Therefore it may not be easy to find courses tailored to this continuing education requirement.  My last concern is that I am uncertain as to when I will have to satisfy this requirement.  It is now April, 2008 and my license must be renewed in February, 2009.  It may be difficult to complete 16 continuing education credits by that time.
