I believe it is a waste of time and money for these classes. Our time is better spent doing a better job on work we have than sitting in classrooms sometimes educating the instructors. It is hard enough taking vacations and keeping the work going, and at a quality clients deserve. I think I understand what is intended, I just do not believe the benefits will be greater than the hassle and expense. Thankyou.
