Climate change is real, and we have limited time to change its course. We are already seeing it’s results in more severe weather events. RGGI brings money into our state to help with mitigation, while encouraging companies to move toward more sustainable energy policies. To pull out of RGGI with no other plans and policies to combat the effects of climate change is nigh on criminal.  Since  you are trying to pull out of something the legislature enacted with an executive order, it is exceeding the authority of the executive branch.
