As the statistics show, it is harder and harder to attract enough surveyors and engineers to the field, so it is in nobody's interest to create new and additional barriers to attract and retain licensed professionals.  To meet the growing need for professionals, we should be finding ways for those with the required credentials to easily meet the requirements for licensure.
