Continuing Education Requirements for PEs

Based on my understanding of this CE issue for Virginia PEs, it would appears this CE requirement has been passed and the State Board is only accepting comments.  If possible,  at this time I would suggest a No vote on this requirement for continuing education credits for PEs.

This year, I will complete 38 years as a Professional Engineer.  Currently, I am a resident of Pennsylvania, and at times, I am working in Virginia as a PE.  Working engineers do not need to attend classes on de minimus topics related to issues of the profession.   If this CE requirment is implimented, I will retire my PE in Virginia and concentrate my efforts in Pennsylvania.
