I don't think we need any CE.  But, if  non-engineer  and/or non-practising enginner  with authority proposes  and passe, we may not have choice.  Hope  they do have some grandfather clause for practising engineers ( may include both age and years of experience), professors/instructors of  university recognized courses  and any others they can think to be given or override  CE credits.
