Yes Providing...
 

Other states have this type of requirement for Architects and seem to have no problem.  I do not oppose it providing the following:

1.  Completion of AIA CE full fills the state's requirement

2.  Excessive CEUs are carried over into the next year.

3.  6 month min. reprieve if CEUs are insufficient before licence put on inactive status

4.  No additional fees associated with re-activating licence other that proof that CEUs have been completed.

5.  AIA reports are sent to state automatically w/o any additional effort/paperwork from me.
